On any given afternoon, when I was young(er), you were likely to find me hanging out in a tree with my friends. I can tell you the story of my latest fun-induced injury. It drove my grandma crazy, and she lamented why I didn’t sit still like she imagined little girls should. :)
When P and I had talked about our upcoming session, she told me about S: how much she liked dirt and water. I was smiling on the inside, because I imagine that had my mom tried to hire a photographer for me at the age of 3, she’d be telling them much the same thing. S is independent (of course: she’s 3!), and curious, and fun, and not afraid to get her hands dirty: a girl after my own heart.
