Not that I was trying to time it that way, but we did this photo session (among several other minis) on the most blisteringly hot day of August last year. It was one of the days it peaked over 100. We all survived, but it was so, so hot.

J & J are one of my favorite couples to photograph. They’re easy going and super fun to be around. That easy goig-ness served us as well as we ran from skunks for a good bit at the start of our session. Skunks and dogs don’t mix, so keeping Chloe good was of utmost importance.
