A year ago, I photographed this crew along with their grandparents. This year, little Ms. P joined the group. Welcome to mayhem! P’s face looking at her older brother, while both of them are being silly is what I imagine being the only girl (in a family of boys) is like. Am I wrong?
Los Altos Family Photographer: How did I miss this?
How?!?! How have I missed that this incredible little forest exists smack in the middle of Los Altos? After S asked to do their family portraits here and I asked one my photographer communities about it, it seems that everyone else knew about this gem but me. I shall be forever grateful to S for opening my eyes to it, because it’s magic. This is one of those photo sessions that I have too many favorites to pick from… so I’m putting way too much for you to view. Hopefully you’ll see why 🙂
San Carlos Family Photographer: After the rain
It’s been raining out here over the past month, which has been great. We’ve needed it, that’s for sure. As a photographer, however, I won’t lie — if I had my way, it would rain at night only… or preferably only Mondays through Thursdays. Though I kind of got my wish for this family session, the ground was so, so muddy, I hadn’t seen mud formed quite so much before. I even posted an image on my Facebook wall of what we had to wade through. It was something else, to be sure. I brought my rain boots just in case something like this happened.
