I love doing family sessions at unexpected places. Bonus if it’s rustic. So B asked that we meet at the farm at Rancho San Antonio park, I thought “Awesome!”. Yet as we looked into the logistics of the mile hike into the property we had a slight change of heart. Don’t get me wrong: I’ll hike a mile (as long as I’m wearing the right shoes ;p), but it was a bit much for a 2 yr old and jet-lagged grandparents. However, close enough, Hidden Villa offered us some gorgeous grounds, fun chickens to chase and brand new baby piglets to oogle. I loved watching little Ms. N walk around flapping her little arms like a chicken — the cutest chicken in that bunch, lemme tell you!
