No joke, I came home after my photo-shoot with these guys and bought myself a pair of knee high rain boots. Why? Because how many chances in life do you get to be this joyful jumping in puddles? After seeing N and A embrace the rain and wet and just have pure fun with their little man: how can you NOT want to do that too? I love fall. Love it! Seeing the vibrant colors over foliage just makes me happy. We don’t get enough of that in the Bay Area, so getting even few opportunities to photograph around it gets me excited. We finally had enough cold days to turn some trees and bushes red and yellow. As I walked up to our session and saw the big tree turned red I was so, so thrilled. Plus C came in with a red sweater. It was meant to be, I tell you. It’s been a little while since I’ve seen these guys. Little O is so much bigger, and now he’s going to be a big brother. I always have a lot of fun photographing these guys. They have a great sense of humor and are up for anything. I love working with clients that come to me with silly ideas and we work to make it happen. Oh, I so loved this session. Photographing S and her family was so much fun. She’s simply stunning, her little guy was adorable and fun, and it was a great morning. It started off cold: I mean super cold. There was frost on the ground! S was telling me about a maternity band she had bought for our session, but given that we were all shivering underneath our jackets, we weren’t sure it would happen. But clearly the Sun heard us, because as the morning progressed it not only gave us a beautiful glow, but warmed everything up. So much so, that we just had to do the band photos.
