My husband and I are celebrating 10 years of marriage next month. It’s remarkable to me that time has gone by so quickly — I’m pretty sure it was only a year ago that I was chatting with the Knot forums about wedding planning. Once a year a group of my friends gathers up for a week-end away. A girls week-end. I look forward to this time every year. I love my boys at home, but I also love the chance to be an adult, that doesn’t constantly nag the short person next to me to stop annoying his brother. We’re a mix of professions, ages, religions and political views that respect and support each other. Our group has known each other for about 8 years now? Wow! I don’t think I’ve ever really counted before. Yet, still I continue to learn new things about my friends in ways to make me appreciate them more and more. So here’s a peak at our girls’[…]See more from “Bay Area Photographer: July In My Corner of the World”
